Public Records Requests

BCES is an administrative agency created by interlocal agreement in 1996 to provide emergency management and first responder dispatch services.

Member agencies and subscribers of BCES own the communication records generated on behalf of their agency, and are responsible for producing those records in response to a public records request under the Washington Public Records Act, Chapter 42.56 RCW.

To request records about a fire, medical, or law enforcement event - including audio records and/or text to 911 - please submit your request directly to the responding agency using the agency information provided below.
